"You know the world is going crazy when the best rapper is a white guy, the best golfer is a black guy, the tallest guy in the NBA is Chinese, the Swiss hold the America’s Cup, France is accusing the U.S. of arrogance, Germany doesn’t want to go to war, and the three most powerful men in America are named ‘Bush’, ‘Dick’, and ‘Colon’."

School & Old School

Well, I've got some news and I've got some other news.

Tell me the other news first.

You're an idiot, they're both ok news so it doesn't matter which is first.

Anywho, first off I now know my school schedule. So here it is in all it's glory for you guys:

My schedule for those with linear minds

My schedule for those with graphic minds

So there you go.

The other piece of news I have is for you Glen. Last night at work, I saw someone through the drive - thru that both of us knew from seventh grade. And only seventh grade; she left after that year. Yeah, I saw Gioia Atkins yesterday. And it creeped me out that she both recognized and acted as if we were long lost friends. I do believe both you and I disliked Gioia a lot. So to have her all bubbly and act like, "Oh hi, how have you been?! Blah blah blah, happies!" was kind of unnerving. All the while, I was thinking, "Man, I remember not liking you. So why are you acting so friendly?" Anywho, that's all for now. 'Til my next urge to write onlone, later!

And the kitten's name is...

...Shmitty. Yes, I did say that. Don't ask me, it comes from some random thing my brother and mom saw on TV. And since now you can call him, "Shmitty kitty," the name has stuck for my brother. And there you have it guys, the kitten has a name!

New Comics

Well, well, well... it looks to me like I've been busy. Busy finding new comics to read. I'll give you a quick blurb about all of them.

Bizarre Uprising

This one is just something I found randomly online the other day while searching for something else. It's about a kid who finds out he's a vampire and has to now adjust his life to such a fact. However, seems to be he still goes to school. Only a matter of time before someone finds out!

Legend Of Jawa

This comic is something I found accidentally when I went to go use a computer at Sac State and I saw it on an open internet browser. Then I go to talk about it to Peter Ruibal and badda - bing, badda - boom, turns out it's his brother that authors it. Small world; well, it's about a Jawa in the Star Wars universe... somewhat. The comic takes place during the 4th episode of the Star Wars series (the original 1977 movie) but with some strange twists to your favorite storyline. And it's done with edited Final Fantasy I sprites; classic.

Megatokyo

GP had some manga of a web - comic he read sitting around and I picked it up to start reading. Once I was sucked in (and willingly, I might add), I went online to check the rest out. It's about two American college students who take an "on the whim" trip to Japan and get stuck there because they have no money. Good stuff.

Well...

We were actually able to grab a kitten. Happies for us! Here are some pictures I've taken of him already:

Picture of my brother’s cat number one

Picture of my brother’s cat number two

Picture of my brother’s cat number three

Later on when my brother names the kitten, I'll post here to let you know. But for now, enjoy teh cuteness.

c/` Living in an amish... c/` Wait a minute...

Yesterday at work, I saw something that I probably won't forget for quite some time. I was on drive thru, which I've been doing a lot of as of recent, and as the next car rolled up to the window I saw that the people inside the car weren't your average Sacramentans. These people looked amish; the man had on all black and had an Abe Lincoln beard, the woman had very reserved clothing. Now I know that these people were obviously not amish considering they were out in the middle of Franklin and Florin territory, but the idea that amish people were using a reddish - maroon colored mini - van still cracks me up. Amish with technology; pure gold.

Anywho, for those of you who read this and live anywhere in the Sacramento city area our family is looking for a new kitten to add to the household before this Sunday. Long story short, we're getting my brother his own cat and he comes back this Sunday. If you know of anyone who has kittens in their home that they need to give away, please let me know. And we are looking specifically for a kitten, not an adult cat.
