"You know the world is going crazy when the best rapper is a white guy, the best golfer is a black guy, the tallest guy in the NBA is Chinese, the Swiss hold the America’s Cup, France is accusing the U.S. of arrogance, Germany doesn’t want to go to war, and the three most powerful men in America are named ‘Bush’, ‘Dick’, and ‘Colon’."

Edit To The Comments I Wanted You To Post
Mood - anxious
Today's Song - Prime Audio Soup - Meat Beat Manifesto
Img - j_angry.jpg Alt - Josh is not from hell.
From hell?! I resemble that remark! DDR is my friend. *sniff* LEAVE ME ALONE!
I know I've talked about my hair before but it still confuses me. Now I've been in the water this entire storyline. Glen's and Peter's get all messed up. But mine? Wow, it's like the everlasting gobstopper only it's my freakin' head. Flat top high - ho silver away!

Screwball, Corner Pocket
Mood - iffy
Today's Song - 4 REEEL - Highs Off U (Scorccio XY Mix)
Well, it's been an ok day today. Just got the feeling of impending doom again. I hate that feeling. I'm in the middle of changing my major but it looks like it may take some time. Like a years worth of time o_0.
I got my live comments section back up so that's a big plus. XP
And finally, my friend Jonas was here at Sac State today. I haven't seen him in a while so it was good. I know I saw him at the DDR tournament two weeks ago but it was brief. Today I actually got to spend some time with the guy. We shot some pool, he played Paranoia Suvivor Max on doubles o_0 (ask Glen if you don't understand, Peter), and we got some pizza. Pretty kick ass day. Or if you look at the pool games only, a pretty kicking my ass day. Seriously, Jonas schooled me big time. It's ok though, it's better to play those people who are better than you so that you get better yourself. Otherwise, you sit and get worse. Also, I do believe my game was extremely bad today. I was playing like I used to when I was starting out, scratches and all that. You remember don't you Glen?
In other news, I got items to create my costume for this year. I figure that as an adult the costume for Halloween is more the fun of messing around rather than getting candy. So I do it 'cause it's fun. Although I would really like to help Glen create his idea of being a Sim from the game The Sims. I just don't think we have enough time now. Oh well, he can be that other thing he told me... whatever the hell that was. You know what? He could go as an undecided voter! That would be simple. Ok, I'm out!
"Start scheming and trying to look hard.
I got my bodyguard, you get that booty start.
I'm a veteran, which means that I've been
in the game too long, since the days were paper thin.
Way back when I've been holding you down
ask your homies who's the baddest bitch on this side of town.
I float like a butterfly sting like a bee, spectacular on the M I C.
I go for broke never giving it less than the best
lots of years in the game at your request.
You're like the rhyme, fight if you dare.
I get the papers so I don't care.
Fly that's me, the epitomy, of what a real M.C. is supposed to be.
Fucking you up, every time that I drop.
I fuck the bull and baby out into the spot.
I got the beat in my body.
Rock the party! Rock the party! Rock the party!"

Droppin' a Line
Mood - happy
Today's Song - Strong Bad, Marzipan, & Homestar Runner - Sensitive to Bees
I seem to be happy most of the time. What the hell is wrong with me?
Just wanted to say that Episode 40 of Red vs. Blue is available. Happies! Oh and yeah, I am over confident aren't I?
"I'm very sensitive... to birds. (What?!)
I'm very sensitive... to trees. (Them falling on you?)
I'm very sensitive... to all these things,
but I'm especially sensitive... to bees. (Hey, I'm 'da bee!)
Yeah, I really, really, really like bees! (I really, really think you're making this up as you go!)
Have you ever walked outside and noticed that they're really cute? (and, got run over by a big truck!)
They like to fly around and eat your fruit. (Oh, fruit and cute. Good rhyme!)
But it's okay cuz' they're cute. (Oh, cute and cute! That's even more advanced.)
Yeah, it's okay cuz' they're cute. (Cute, cute, and cute! You're the poet loriet of...)
BUZZ! (Oh, what?)
Ouch. BUZZ! (What are you doing?!)
Ouch. BUZZ! BUZZ! BUZZ! (Stop that!)
Ouch. I've heard some people say (You should really quit playing this song.)"

Where Am I?
Mood - tweak
Man, today's been a weird day. First off, I do excellently in my fantasy football league. Randomly after havin problems with RBs and WRs, I do excellent. I could get my first 100 point game of the season.
Also, my blog has been acting up and won't display correctly. SO this also a test of if the blog will work. Hopefully, it will.
Well, my Aunt Theresa and her family spent the day over her after church. Had dinner and all that pizazz. Most interestingly, one of my young cousins (we're talking under 10) was trying to say bread but it sounded like blood. "I want some blood." That's great.

Today's Song - The Buggles - Video Killed The Radio Star
Forgot to update my quote this week. There you go!
"They took the credit for your second symphony.
Rewritten by machine and new technology,
and now I understand the problems you can see.
Oh - a oh!
I met your children.
Oh - a oh!
What did you tell them?
Video killed the radio star.
Video killed the radio star."

Yea, Friday!

Today's Song - Trocadero - All As One
First off, here is the wallpaper I won from 3 Geeks. Finally got it to upload, happies!
Well, I had a pretty kickin' Friday. I almost missed out on it though because I had promised my parents I'd work on my HTML project on Friday. So I got up at like 6AM and risked losing computer priviliges (ask me later) to get the project done before Glen and I wanted to leave. I wasn't able to get done before 11AM but it was ok because I still needed to finish the project (which I did, check it out here!) and Glen wasn't really ready yet himself. So I finished up and then headed out. At Downtown Plaza we had some late lunch/dinner (which turned out bad as his parents had plans without letting him know), I bought some manga of a series called Excel Saga that I'm very in to. Then we went back to his house to check some things out (Sims 2, ripping my Trocadero CD :P, etc.). Then later Peter came over and we hung out watching Glen check out The Lord of the Rings: Return of the King video game. I'm not much for video games that are basically the movie only now you get to play it. It's different when it's a continuation of the movie (The Matrix Online) or a different part of the story not offered in the movie (Enter the Matrix).
Well, I cleaned my room and that feels good. Having a place to walk? Yeah, good stuff. Well, I really want to finally get around to reading my manga so I think I'll go now. Buh - bye now!
"With my dad, and your dad and the gin they never had.
And my rules, and your rules and your heart and mine it cools.
Beating hard, beating hard, beating hard, beating hard, beating hard.
Follow the truth, follow the lies.
Nobody wins, everything dies.
Follow the truth, follow the lies.
Nobody wins, everything dies."

Today's Song - Trocadero - Steady Ride (Gun Metal Green)
Well, I finally got the wallpaper I won from the 3 Geeks contest. And as soon as I get to a computer that allows me to upload it to my saclink website, I'll make a link to it so you guys can check it out.
"I'd trust you at the wheel even if we're going down.
Our love is made of steel, last us 'til the underground.
Steady and surreal in a world of lost and found.
Trust you at the wheel, know you'll keep us safe and sound.
We don't need a key, we were already free.
Cruising along, to a Mexican song."

HOLY CRAP!
Mood - shooken up
Today's Song - Trocadero - A Girl Named Tex
Man, I'm still shooken up by this.
"Have you heard the story of a girl named Beth, now known as Tex?
Her life's tale is a bloody trail; her name fits like a glove.
Her daddy sighed as she slammed the door. She'd said to him, "I'm Beth no more!
My life's dream is to kill for green, but first I'll join the Corps!"
Her daddy said, "You're just a girl. What makes you think that you won't sink?"
"My name is Tex and I'm like a hex. My playground is the world!"

Mood - amused
I know I have a lot of stuff to say today. Deal with it. ^_^
Anywho, recently Penny Arcade made this. Then I found this where they mentioned the same game. So then I read this and started pining for the gaming industry.

New Comics... Again ^_^
Mood - happy
Today's Song - R.E.M. - It's The End Of The World (As We Know It)
Uh oh, someone's going to kill me. I added two new comics to my repertoire. And it only took me two months since the last find! :P
By the way just to warn you Peter, these stories are very anime - ish so I'm pretty sure you're not going to find them interesting. But onward!
Now I have to warn about these two comics. First off, being that they're both very anime style so the stories are kind of tweaky (which I like). Also, they're something of a weird brand as the main characters of both comics under go a change that, well, let's just say will kind of tweak you out. But the stories interest me and I'm going to stick with them. Check them out on the sidebar there!
Well, I'm already ten minutes late for French class, so I gotta get out! Later!
EDIT (11:48AM) - A couple of things. First off, you'll notice I edited some things around the blog. Most noticably is the loss of Live Comments. I can't find a good tagboard host so I've said, "Screw it." Also, I put the archives closer to the top of the page and I've changed the date headers to also read off the day of the week.
Lastly, if either of you are interested, there's a play that I'm sure you'd all be interested in tomorrow night. Here's the details:
PLAY TITLE: Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead
WHERE: Actors Theatre of Sacramento, 1616 Del Paso Blvd.
WHEN: 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and 2 p.m. Sundays through Oct. 24
TIME: About two hours, including two intermissions
TICKETS: $14 Fridays and Saturdays, $12 Sundays
INFORMATION: (916) 925-6579
I'm free tomorrow (no work, :D) so let me know if you guys want to go. I'll be at work from 5 to 11 so call me at 421 - 2923. I may not be able to talk immediately depending on when I'm on my break or not. But I'll get back to you, definitely.
"The other night I dreamt of knives, continental drift divide.
Mountains sit in a line, Leonard Bernstein!
Leonid Brezhnev, Lenny Bruce and Lester Bangs.
Birthday party, cheesecake, jelly bean, boom!
You symbiotic, patriotic, slam book neck, right? Right.
It's the end of the world as we know it.
It's the end of the world as we know it.
It's the end of the world as we know it and I feel fine."

John Q
Mood - happy but not happy
Today's Song - Smash Mouth - Walkin' On The Sun
I'm in a good mood today. But I lost in the football league. Call me obsessive, I don't really care. I finally find some good players and bam, I lose still. Oh well, congrats to Steph. Stupid Donovan for being on bye. *shakes fists*
Now you may notice the name of today's post shares that of the movie John Q. That's because I finally got to see the movie today. And I'd say it was pretty darn good. Rates high up there on my movies list (within all the 7 - 10 movies). And now that I think about it, I figure I'll go ahead and give some ratings of the movies I've seen since that end of spring semester last May.
Shrek 2 - 8 out of 10 (good funny comedy and an excellent sequel)
Van Helsing - 6 out of 10 (good movie but only a what will become a cult classic)
Kill Bill Vol. 1 - 9 out of 10 (hilarious movie but with a good storyline, lots of blood)
Spider - Man 2 - 9 out of 10 (another good sequel that really brought us more of what we wanted)
The Village - 9 out of 10 (a movie that I expected one thing and got another... AND IT WAS AWESOME THAT WAY!)
Paycheck - 7 out of 10 (an enjoyable movie in my opinion but it may not be viewed as a good to most critics)
The Forgotten - 6 out of 10 (good movie that is worth seeing but I was disappointed with the ending, it gave me an answer that I've already heard when I was expected something new)
Big Fish - 8 out of 10 (good funny storyline and a good family movie)
Super Size Me - 8 out of 10 (hilarious documentary that really tells the truth as it is about fast food)
John Q - 7 out of 10 (it didn't disappoint me in what I was expecting to see in a movie that I had wanted to see a long time ago)
Well, I've got to go now because my mother will kill me if I don't. Later!
"So don't delay, act now; supplies are running out.
Allow if you're still alive, six to eight years to arrive.
And if you follow there may be a tomorrow but if the offer shun
you might as well be walkin' on the sun."

Today's Song - Third Eye Blind - Never Let You Go
Well, unfortunately I had to go buy it in order to satisfy my want and need to play Freelancer, but I'll be able to do it now. And since I've got that online character code... happies! Well, I got work in a bit so I'll talk to you guys later. And in case you haven't already, check out my post from the seventh.
"You say that I've changed. Well, maybe I did.
But even if I changed, what's wrong with it?
I never let you go. I never let you go. I never let you go.
I never let you turn around your back on each other.
That's a good idea, break a promise to your mother
Turn around your back on each other."

Damn It, I'm An Idiot
Mood - calm but wary (I got that impending doom feeling)
Today's Song - Robin Williams - Payback's A Bitch
First off, man I almost didn't make it to school this morning. I'm surprised I even made my first class. So here's what happened: first off, I got up late so I had to catch a later train. However, when the bus got to the Meadowview station (Yeah, bus. I was too lazy to walk there this morning.) the train took off. So at that point I figured I was going to have very little time to waste to get to class. So what do I do? I FALL ASLEEP ON THE LIGHTRAIL AND MISS MY STOP!!! Yeah, stupid me. I wake up and realize this when I see a sign that says "8th & O Street." That's when I really woke up and my brain went, "FSCK!" So now I'm pretty much sure I've missed my first class (which sucks 'cause I accidentally missed last Tuesday of the same class so I would have missed a full week, bad). So I finally get to 65th lightrail station and get off. And the 34 bus is still there. Now usually when I get off of my normal train, it's not there and I have to wait. But there it is and as soon as I get on, almost immediately we leave. This gets me to thinking, "Mayhaps I haven't lost as much time as I thought?" I don't have a watch anymore so I can't tell. Then it hits me as I'm walking towards the general direction of my first class, "I could take a look at my CD player and find out how much time it takes to listen to this whole CD!" Because that's what happened, I heard my whole CD on the trip to school this morning. And guess what? Turns out I'm only 5 minutes late! I don't know how it happened. But I was still in time for my Tai Chi class! Happies and luckies to me!
So anywho... on a different note I just joined two new things online. First off, you'll notice a new e - mail address up there. It's at the new google e - mail service called "gmail." Don't ask me to explain all the happies and go - luckies here on my blog, I'm too lazy to do that. Go talk to Glen. But trust me, it's better. The other thing I joined was the forum members at the Rooster Teeth productions sites. Once I saw the new looks and the nifty stuff, I decided to become a member. For some reason though, it doesn't allow you to sign up with yahoo or hotmail (had to use my new gmail account address). There reason for doing that? Quote unquote they don't allow you to sign up with a free e - mail provider (which makes no fesking sense since gmail is free). Whatever.
Yesterday was kind of a weird day. I haven't really been talking about this so it may come as a surprise to know that my grandmother on my mom's side has died. It happened a couple of weeks ago. My grandfather on the same side died about a year and 9 months ago. So it's been a real weird whirlwind of a year. It really seems like it's been longer but that's because of the way college works. So yesterday was my grandmother's funeral. It wasn't as dramatic or teary eyed (not that no one was crying) as my grandfather's but it was more of a bitter sweet time. We were sad to see such a wonderful woman die but it's brings a happy smile to my face to think that right now, she's up in heaven with my grandfather.
Well, I've got my second class in 3 minutes. And I definitely do not want to miss this class. Bad times for me if I do that. Talk to me later if you want to know. Later guys!
"Aaaaahhh, whether your poor or whether you rich
ah, you got to know, payback's a bitch.
'Cause, all that time you had your fun
all that time you were on the run
all the stuff you ever done
is all coming back to number one."

Not Happy
Mood - Annoyed
Today's Song - Silvertear - So Deep (Perfect Sphere Remix)
I'm getting pretty annoyed with the fact that when I'm publishing this blog, I get absolute crap in efficiency. It just goes in the smallest possible chunks it can, sometimes sitting doing no progress at all for five minutes. Pissed off.

Whoops!
Mood - tired but hopeful
Today's Song - Jimmy Eat World - Get It Faster
I forgot to change my quote on Thursday. Oh well, that's kind of good. Now it'll be Fridays and that will make it a day where people want to check for an update on quotes. I had had two ideas for this week but both of them slipped through my mind. The one from Glen would have been good but I can't remember it correctly. So I decided to make my quote this week a lyric from the song that was in my head from the CD I'm listening to right now. Yep, Jimmy Eat World, good stuff.
Also, you might notice something new in today's post. It's something I've been wanting to do and been thinking about doing for quite some time. I got inspiration to do it from both Peters I know who do blogs. And quite frankly, I've been meaning to do a song for each time I post (well, not everytime if I post more than once per day). So there you go. Now I need to fill in those areas, post, and go to sleep. Oh, and happy new month!
"I don't care what you do, I'm getting out.
No, nothing ever shames me.
Don't want a thing from you, I'm going out.
I don't care if you're angry."
